On '65-66 AM Radios, engineering numbers will be found on the left hand (driver's) side of the radio case.
(Note the dash following the "5TPZ" prefix -- used on 1965 radios, but not the 1966 sets.) |

The underside of all sets will have the "FoMoCo" and "12V NEG. GND." stampings. An added bonus on this chassis is the "Wheeling Steel" marking from the original sheet metal stock -- including the "1 65" date code visible at bottom center. |

Another "exclusive" feature on 1965 models is this barely visible "INSTALLED - DATE" stamping, placed on the right hand side of the unit, next to the antenna connector. |
